And uh, complaint is the best way uh, to ensure that, that uh, that will not happen again. One such instance, I remember when I complained about uh, something and I got it right immediately. Um, it was uh, it was last month when I needed uh, when I needed my bank statement for my visa application. For that I went to the bank and asked for my bank statement. But the employer working there told me that their printer is not working properly so they can’t give me a bank statement. So uh, he told me to come again tomorrow. Uh, so as he said, I uh, reached at the bank next day but they told me the same reason. I was very worried because I was in urgent need of my bank statement. So I requested the bank manager about this issue to be solved urgently. But he was least bothered about my problem. I was so frustrated by it. So I decided to take this matter to the uh, head branch of the bank. So I went to my m, went back to my home and opened the official website of the bank and email, emailed them about my issue. They immediately called, uh, they immediately called, call me back and, and assured me that they will take a strict action against my complaint. When adi uh, when I went to the bank next day, I was surprised, uh, I was surprised when bank manager himself handed me my bank statement. And also I got to know that they got their printer um, repair immediately after my complaint. And there were many people who were suffering like me from the same issue. And then when manager came to me and uh, questioned uh, and asked me to take my uh, complaint bank, what I refuse to do. So I tell him that he uh, failsed to do uh, do his duty and he must uh, he, he, he did not consider his uh, customers concern and it is his major responsibility.
