Well, if I’m not mistaken, couple of months ago, I bought the new t shirt from an online store. After ordering it, I waited for seven days for the delivery, but the delivery time was taking very long. After receiving the jersey, I was very unsatisfied. The quality of the fabric was not that good, and it was kind of defective. So I I call them and told them, uh, that, first of all, I received my order seven days late, and it was defective. As I apologized to me and told me to return it through the delivery man, I returned it and expected to receive a fresh copy in seven to ten days. But after two days, my new t shirt arrived, along with an apologize letter and 20% discount. I was very happy about that, and I was not confident about making the complaint since they were new in the business, but I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service.
