But here I am going to talk about a daily routine activity that I never forget to skip. It is going to gym and meeting with my friends. This activity keep me fit physically and mentally. So I never give a uh, skip to do these activities. I usually doing this activity. I wake up early in the morning around at ah, 06:00 a.m. and going to gym for exercise. This gym is not far from my home and um, it is also around 1 km far from my residence. So I delete this gym and doing exercise. I do all exercise with my close friend Viendra. Uh, he always motivated to me to doing exercise and help every exercise and he is my childhood friend. And moreover, sometimes I do exercise alone and sometime with my trainer. And I very enjoy it to doing this activity because I am uh, a health conscious person and I believe in maintaining a perfect balance between physically and mentally. So along with exercise I.
