To make us even more motivated and positive throughout the day, I would like to talk about my morning ritual that I have been doing for around two years, and this involves listening to guided meditation on YouTube. I’ve got my favorite channel, uh, where the speakers slowly speaks and her voice is so calming, relaxing, and it allows me to start my day with clear head, fresher ideas and positive vibes. I don’t know, actually, um, how I started doing that, but at some point in my life, it just became my morning routine. And I’m very happy. M I’m already used to doing it. I am not planning to change it at all because, as I said, it is not only useful for me to make me more alert, but also, uh, it serves as a powerful stress reliever. Um, I as soon as start my day, gr grab my phone and sit on my bed. I’ve also purchased the mat to place on the wall so I can recline on it. And, uh, sitting on the bed, I may repeat some of the words to send the environment positive vibe and get even positive messages as well. Um, you know, I’ve been recommending this activity to my friends for a while now. I’m not sure what they do with or not, of course, but it’s really fun way of starting your day. I can tell that, uh, I would like to even improve it in the future. Uh, maybe extending the hours that I spend on meditation and so on.
