Sometimes, the body needs really revolutionary things to do. When you have a brain disease, you need to add a new habit that really improves your self-improvement. I think everyone should adopt a new habit in their routines. For example, just waking up early, taking a cold shower, or other things that really improve the body and boost immunity. This helps the brain think that it can do everything. I believe everyone should incorporate a new habit or activity into their daily routines. For instance, you can add something that you can do every day in a row, creating a streak. It's a really decent habit to develop. It's kind of hard, but the essential point in this topic is to get used to hard things. You can't just give up on it, but if you can reach your goal, this is really rewarding. Yes, I did it, and I can do everything whenever I want. The most common mistakes I have seen are when someone does something not every day, doesn't maintain a streak, or just restricts themselves. They might do something one day, but the next day they don't. They think, 'I can't do that.' This breaks your ego, affects everything, and can make you feel depressed again.
