Well, today I want to refer to a very famous food from my country, especially from my own province in Iran. We have a delicious and very popular dish called Fesenjan. It consists of chicken meat with walnuts and some additional ingredients that make it so delicious. It's so inspiring. It's delicious because of its taste. In some regions of Iran, people cook it in a way that it tastes sweet. But in our province, in the north of Iran, most individuals prepare it sour. I especially love this food for lunch or dinner because it is preferable for me over other traditional foods. Fesenjan has been cooked for many years in Iran, and it was a common dish for not only different kinds of anniversaries, parties, and celebrations but also for family gatherings at dinner or lunch.
