I would say that what makes this food special is all the raw materials or ingredients are local and easy to acquire, which means that people can easily buy these ingredients, or they can even buy canned hummus, which is the same one they make at home, but in case they don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing it at home, some people eat this dish with other dishes as well, such as other like breakfast dishes, such as eggs, olives, and they usually drink tea with it to balance the sour taste with the sweetness of the sugar and tea.
