Well, since I'm given the choice to talk about any film or TV program that has made a strong impression on me, I will talk about a TV show called The Biggest Winner. This is a live TV show that started four years ago and broadcasts on the NBC channel. The idea of this TV show revolves around a group of people who are overweight. When they come to the NBC station, they undergo a specific diet, exercise, and weight loss experiences. This all happens under the supervision of doctors and experts in the field. Every week, the participant who leaves the show is the one who lost the least weight, and by the end of the program, which lasts for about seven months, the winner is the one who lost the most weight. Besides earning a valuable cash prize, the winner also gains their health and a new routine. Actually, this TV program has had a significant impact on my health personally. After watching this TV show, I have monitored my diet carefully.
