I’d like to talk about very personal goal. It’s about how to be less weight. After Corona I have gained a lot of weight and it seems that I have a problem in burning colors so from this day I tried a lot to lose weight but it seemed very hard unlike before corona I easily lose weight when I keep on my exercise and decrease my sugar intake It is very important to me because it reflects on my self confidence. And if I am fitter, I will be more active and more self confidence. I tried to reduce my sugar intake and organize my meals and I am going to the gym 3 times weekly and if I couldn’t be able to go to the gym because my schedule is very busy, I try to walk as much as possible. Although all the effort I have did, I haven’t lost any weight. On the other hand, I have gained more and more kilograms. So it becomes impossible for me to achieve this goal.
