History plays an important role to understand culture, identity, and traditions of a country. History was not my favorite subject in school, still certain historic moment that fascinates me is your 1947. Back in my 8th grade, I read about the events of August 1947. I learned that on 15 August, India gained independence from British rules. Many people sacrificed their innocent leaves, including Mahatmas, made the ultimate sacrifice for the well-being of India. Moreover, they also marked as the suppression of Pakistan from India known as partition of India. During that period, some were able to return home safely while others tragically lost their leaves. Additionally, I heard that Britishers governed rules for 2 200 years in India. They also established industries and compelled Indians to work in them. However, India was able to free from britishers and that was noted as a great historic Indian moment, and that made every Indian feel proud and independent. Therefore, I find it interesting, and I would like to know more about it in future.

Therefore, I find this period interesting and would like to learn more about it in the future.
