About two years ago, my uncle's birthday was coming up. He lives in America, and my brother was really excited to visit him. We wanted to get there quickly, so we took a taxi to the airport. On the way, we stopped at the market to buy some snacks and drinks. My brother also picked up some decorations to make the party festive. My dad offered to buy a fruit cake, my uncle's favorite. Unfortunately, we hit some traffic and lost about 30 minutes. When we finally arrived at the airport, we were relieved to find out that our flight hadn't left yet. We had been worried about missing it, but thankfully, the flight was delayed due to bad weather. We waited for an hour, but eventually, we were able to board the plane and make it to my uncle's birthday party. It was a close call, but I'm grateful we made it. It was definitely a nerve-wracking experience.
