Japanese is so difficult, especially when you're not familiar with the structure of the German language. There are more than 10 tenses, which makes it really difficult to understand the variations in verbs. Also, the sentence structure is challenging compared to English, Korean, and Vietnamese. Pronunciation is also a big challenge for every language, especially if you're not a native speaker. German is particularly difficult because of its unique sounds. I started the course a year ago, so I have already learned a lot. I can have basic conversations, but not very deep ones. I decided to learn this language because when I was growing up in Vietnam, I had many Japanese friends who would often have small talks in Japanese, and I really wanted to understand what they were talking about.
