Well, my long term goal would be to lose weight and, um, and be physically healthy Since my childhood, I am having problem with my, you know, OECD, I am with over overweight. I am I can’t fit into places where where I should be. And, uh, because of obesity, I am becoming, you know, lazy and less productive. I sleep a lot, like, 8 to 8 to 9 hours a day, and and I think this lifestyle is not enough for me. I think I should should improve my lifestyle. That is why I need to, you know, I need to be physically fit in order to stay healthy, m, stay fit and stay productive That is why I I would like to, you know, set up a goal via fire. Where I, you know, I will be physically fit and healthy. Not like having a 6 pack body, but I want to, you know, stay fit and lose my body fat. Yeah. That kind of, you know, body fitness. And I think I think exercise will, you know, exercise will help me to Stay productive. And and also, it helps me to, you know, stay in control. And also, I I tried a lot to, you know, do exercise go to a gym, but I cannot I couldn’t cope up with it, but in in the future, when I become, you know, independent, I would like to join a gym I have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy drinks, cool drinks. Yeah. That is the long time goal of mine.
