The outer crust is crispy and quite salty, but the inside is so tender and juicy and makes me want to eat it more. My mother also cooked fried chicken at home and sometimes she makes it even better than outside at the restaurant. So make it quite simple. Firstly, you need to prepare the raw chicken, mostly of its parts such as the drumsticks, the fine or the breast. And you also need a mixing flour by using flour and other spices such as salt, pepper and even chili powder to give it a punch. And after you coat the chicken together, you should fry it in an air fryer or deep fry it in a pan with a lot of oil. This dish is very versatile in a way. You can eat it alone or you can eat it with chili like I often use, or you can also eat it in along with cheese or spicy sauce. And the reason why I love it so much is that it’s very easy to make but so mouth watering. And the second reason is that it brings me back to the first memory when I had a birthday at the Jollibee. And if I were a billionaire, I would hire a master chef.
