I remember this time in 2010, which is roughly 10 years ago. We were going with my family on a trip to Kisumu. It wasn't really common for us to travel together as a family, so this particular time we had to organize everything financially, and we had to seek holiday breaks from jobs and school. I remember we traveled to Kisumu on a Friday morning. We were with my sisters and a cousin of mine. We were of the same age; I remember I was still a child then. We woke up that fine morning very excited that we were going for a trip. I could remember I loved animals, particularly wild animals. I thought that today I could see an elephant, a lion, or a cheetah, and I remember that night I couldn't even sleep because I was really excited about this trip. We kept looking at the time. I remember my younger sister and I were peeping at the clock to see whether the time was moving because it was something very exciting for me as a child. We left that day at 6 in the morning. My dad sourced a vehicle, and we cleaned it very quickly. By around 8 a.m., we were ready. Around 6 that year, we were now ready to set off for the journey. We packed everything we required, some laces, and some blankets, placing them in the boot of the car. We packed all the things we could need for that tour. After that, we traveled for about three hours to get to Kisumu. We arrived at Kisumu Impala Park, where I could see the lions, the impalas, and all these wild animals. This event was quite memorable because it isn't common for us to go on trips like this.

So I could remember that today I could see an elephant or a lion or a cheetah and so I really I remember that night I couldn’t even sleep because I was really over excited about this particular trip. We kept on looking at the time. I remember with my young sister all the time we were peeping on the clock and just to see whether the time was moving because it was just it was something that was very exciting for me as a child and so we left that day. I remember it was 6 that in the morning. My dad sourced for a vehicle. We cleaned this particular vehicle very fast and then around 8 a.m. we were now ready. Around 6 that year we were rather we were now ready to set off for the journey. We packed everything that we required some some laces and some that is some blankets we had to place them at the boot of the car. We had to all the things that we could need for that tour and so after that this particular time we traveled through I remember we took around three hours to get to Kisumu. We got to Kisumu Impala Park where I could get to see the lions I could get to see the impalas I could get to see each of all these particular wild animals. This particular event was quite memorable because it isn’t that common for us to go to
