I met her few years ago when we shared an apartment together. together. At that time I get to know that she is interested in learning cooking. She wanted to learn cooking because she is living far away from family and wanted to become independent. So instead of eating outside every day she would like to make some homemade food. So she started cooking for herself but she don’t know how to cook. So at that time she learned cooking mainly through online video, podcast and blog and sometimes by practicing her own in the kitchen. At first she made so many mistakes, she can make everyday simple meals and after some time she started making more complex, this is like power star, gruries, etc. As she made so many mistakes, she tried to learn from them and gradually improved her skill. I think learning from a teacher would be easier, especially in terms of learning proper techniques and saving the time. Teacher would could have correct her mistake faster. However, learning her own give her freedom to experiment and develop her own technique.
