When I was in college, I was hesitated to join the computer science club. A friend of mine encouraged me to actually join the club and she talked about how it helped her improve her social skills and how she met new people, learned a lot and actually two activities that taught her a lot. I said to myself I am going to join and at least see what the general atmosphere there. When I joined it was really exciting. They organized weekly monthly events. They organized social activities, raising awareness among students and every girl get to do whatever job she feel into and she feel good at. I was in charge of designing posters and power points and actually when I did, when I shared my work with them, they were really encouraging and even if I did a mistake, they helped me make do better. It is an experience that taught me a lot, polish my social skills and I am really excited.
