I like to describe one of my friends Sarah who is openly share her feelings with others and she’s one of the most emotionally expressive person I’ve ever known. She’s now in her mid-20s and I’ve known her over five years. I met her at university for the first time and she is the kind of person who never hesitates to hide her emotions whether she’s happy, sad, frustrated or even heartbroken and this is something that makes her stand out among my friends and in other words she’s the kind of person who wear her heart on her sleeve. I mean when she’s excited about something she laps loudly or claps her hand or jumps up and down with excitement. About two years ago when she got a promotion at work she immediately called me and was shouting over the phone. In other words on the other hand if something upsets her she doesn’t bottle it up. For example last month when we were watching a sad movie suddenly she started bursting into tears that initially I was a bit surprised but then I realized that how it can be good that someone can express her feeling openly and easily. I often wish I could be as open as she is sometimes because I find it really hard for myself to express my feeling as same as she can.
