I would like to talk about a person which first his name is Aman. He was very outspoken and sometimes a bit rude. I thought he was an arrogant person and at night did not like talking to him much. One day we were put in the same group for a project. I was worried because I thought working with him would be difficult. I needed to ensure that our teamwork would be effective and together we contribute to the success of the project. At first Raj gave strong opinions and I was proud and annoyed. But as we started working together I realized that he was actually very helpful. He guided the team, solved problems quickly and supported everyone. He was very direct in his communications and he did not think too much before speaking. By the end of the project I saw a different side of him. He was kind and working. We started talking more and eventually became good friends. Now I appreciate his honesty and he has helped me grow in many ways. If I get a chance I would love to work with Rohan.
