I want to talk about a person who is incredibly helpful to others without hesitation. He is a colleague and friend who has been working in my pharmacy for five years. At the time I joined, he was already working there. I was new to this country, so I did not know the language or how to behave with others. I also struggled with how to manage interactions with other staff. At that time, he came forward, broke the ice, and started to talk to me in a friendly manner. Moreover, he introduced me to other colleagues in a friendly way. After that, I realized that he has a kind heart and a helpful nature. He introduced me to the shops and the city, and he helped me learn how to behave in this new country. I feel I am in good hands. Furthermore, I am really happy to know him because whenever any problem arises, he does not explode or say anything to others. First of all, he listens to the problem and clearly informs the person to find a solution smoothly.
