That's why I learned a lot of vocabulary, but I couldn't speak fluently; I couldn't use this vocabulary when I spoke. So, that's why this app was helpful for me. When I created this account and talked with many other people, it helped improve my communication skills, my English proficiency, my English fluency, and my accent.
