I'm actually a fan of yours, and I told myself it like it was. If you can't change it, love it. I was thinking about my luck and how I find things bad about my face, like my nose. But then I realized that I can't change that. I can't change my nose, so I just have to like it. I should like it the way it is. I think we should apply this to the very first things in our lives, like the way our parents treat us. We don't have to change it because we can't change our parents' appearance or our friends' actions. I think it's really helpful, and it will relieve us internally. We don't have to dwell on the things that we can't change, you know? I think this is better. As for when I received this advice, it was today, this morning. I gave it to myself. Thank you.
