Currently, I'm fascinated by abstract painting. I first saw it on my social media, like Instagram or a YouTube channel that teaches about painting. What I really like about abstract painting is that the picture represents the feelings of humans at the moment they created it. Sometimes I would like to do a painting too because abstract art is not something you can touch; it’s just your feeling. Maybe it can help you when you feel stressed, and I think painting could be a therapy for people who have depression in a medical sense.
