And I saw the advertisement from Instagram Reels and I followed it. So, when I went to his first lesson, he taught us how to manage our time perfectly efficiently. And it was how. So, before we go to bed, we need to write to the list for the upcoming day. and what we will do, what we want to accomplish to the upcoming day all things after we arrived, we went to… we should have slept enough during 8 or 6 hours because our brain, our all nerve systems should sleep should get enough energy for the upcoming day and what else so after doing that advice I really felt its benefits it was working I used to do all the things that he said to me once so So, entire one month I followed all his advice and I saw the results, all the things were going really great. And day after day I felt really good because I was achieving my goals because of my teacher, I’m so glad that I met her. Yeah.
