I actually consider the smartwatch an essential part of my life because I practice lots of sports and it’s important because it records my movement and the effort that I exert throughout my day and it gives a nuanced reading of my achievements in addition to any notification about my body recovery and other health related feedback. I use it every day since the moment I wake up till the moment I go to bed then I put it in the charger to be ready in the morning. So basically I use it for sports yet it has other functions. First, it helps with knowing the time. Second, I receive messages and calls on it so it’s useful when I don’t have my phone. And speaking of my phone, it’s useful when I lose my phone so it helps in finding it. It can take pictures and it’s good for other uses like the timer, the alarm clock and many more. For those reasons, I consider it difficult to live without my smartwatch.
