One piece of technology that is very uncomfortable for me is Apple iOS. I first experienced it with my office friend when he bought an Apple phone. I watched him use it, but I found it much more uncomfortable than an Android phone. I have used an Android phone, specifically a Samsung A21s, which is very easy to control and has voice features that are simple to use. However, with Apple iOS, I can't use it very easily. It also has compatibility issues with connectivity and downloading apps. While it has very high security features, many people, including myself, find it difficult to use.
