As a business analyst working in the enterprise application solution division, my role is to identify innovation and marketing trends and to create digital transformation for med to large companies. So during my working in the R United Company I was exposed to analytics programs and new technologies that can transfer and transform the end-to-end processes into creative and innovation at scale and in a minimum time. So I intend to learn more about these topics and since then I have been introduced to SAP Signavio. It’s a business process management tool which can transform your end-to-end business processes from phase one to phase two. It can bring the as is procedures and transform to be processes. So it can do a lot in managing and simulating the business process. Also about the data mining and process intelligence can add much more than you think. I can see this is greatly going to peak in the upcoming years and it will be a trend here in Kuwait because so far only in Europe it’s well known but I can see here only large companies using this technology and my opinion
