A piece of technology I recently found difficult was adding a signature to a Word document. It was about two years ago. When I was typing a Word document, I eventually needed to include a signature, but I didn't know how to do it. At that time there was no one around to help me. Then I searched for how to do it. But when I searched for instructions, the descriptions I saw were difficult to follow. Then there is a friend of mine in my workplace who is an expert regarding technology. Suddenly I remembered him and I made a call. Then he told me how to do it step by step and he nicely explained it to me. Then I looked at the document and I did what he told me to do and then I succeeded.
