This ancient and historical mosque in Khokhand is renowned not only in Uzbekistan but also worldwide. During our visit to my family and I explored the mosque together. In addition to that, we both realized historical items such as patterned plates, historical pictures and traditional clothing. This mosque is steeped in 108,000 years of history. My grandfather lived here until he passed away 12 years ago. He worked at the mosque during his adult life and served as a guide for many tourists. Initially, we planned to visit my grandfather’s tombs and the family. My father shared many stories and insights about his father and I was able to gather and fields of information as well.
