One place I have been to in Pakistan where things are quite expensive is Mahalo Flauor which is located in the upscale condiment area of Lahore and there just last year with a couple of my US friends just to hang out and do some window shopping after our exam. The mall itself is very impressive. It has luxurious atmosphere with marble floors, bright lightning and a lot of international brands. We visit a few stores like Kadi, Outfitter and Nike and I was honestly surprised by the prices. Even simple items like t-shirt, were way above what I had really expected to pay. Eventually, I just bought a small perfume and a cup of coffee, but even that cost me more than I had usually spent on lunch. I think things are expensive, they are mainly because it’s located in one of the most of the city where the target customers from the upper middle or the light class the rent of shops extremely high most of the products are branded or imported which naturally increase their price plus the mall is designed to give people a premium shopping experience, it’s clean air condition and has a very modern vibe and that kind of environment always come at a cost even though it was pricey I really enjoyed the visit because it felt different from the usual markets or malls I go to the MBS was relaxing and it was nice to just walk around and admire all the stylish displays. It is definitely not the kind of place but I had shown it regularly but it was an interesting experience known the less.
