A place that I had a very deep connection with a place where I fe strongly about is the city wall. So I live in an ancient city with a history of perhaps more than 2000 years and the city walls has been there. There has been city walls in this city things um perhaps I think um 100 is BC but the current city walls were built during the Ming dynasty which is around 15 to 16th um century. So the city walls looks immense. If they look huge they look magnificent and um grandiose. It is the um marvelous creation of art. It is the embodiment of the digence the heart work of our ancestors. It helps to build a connection between the generations of my generations the people living in China in my city at the moment to the people of ancestors in the past. This allows us to develop a deep attachment to the city’s history, the city’s glorious past. And um it it often informs us of who we are well we come from so this is a place I feel really strongly about.
