Very often, this app is WhatsApp. This app is very useful for me because it lets me send messages to people I care about and stay connected with. For example, at my work with my clients, I can send information through groups or links. I think on my personal cellphone, I use this app every hour. I try to disconnect and reconnect every hour to check if everything is okay. But at work, I have to be connected every second to ensure that everything is correct and that none of my clients has a requirement. I think it's a very useful app because I can send messages to many people at the same time. Also, it's useful because I can have those messages written down, and I can read them at any moment. For example, if this app didn't exist, my clients would have to call me, and it could be a real mess because at the same time, five people could be calling me. So it's very helpful that they can write to me.
