So I want to tell you about how I changed my body. It started from my secondary school when I was around fifteen years old. At the time, I was overweight, seriously. My diet at home was not good. I weighed 95 kilograms as a sixteen-year-old boy with a height of around 170 centimeters, which was definitely not good. This affected my daily routine significantly. Every time I had to run for a long time, my knees would hurt. I was really uncomfortable. The knee pain also led to back pain, which was unusual for a boy my age. So I decided that I had to lose weight. At first, I did some basic exercises like push-ups and squats, but my body was too heavy, causing pain in my ankles and knees. I had to switch to something lighter, like using resistance bands, which helped reduce the strain on my legs. I also switched to wall push-ups instead of regular ones. After some time, I started seeing results. As I continued to progress, I can now say that I am much healthier. I lost 20 kilograms, which is a significant achievement for me.
