So I want to tell you about how I changed my body. It was it started from my secondary school when I was, so like fifteen years old, at the time, I was overweight, like, seriously, my conditions, my plan was no good at home. I was 95 kilograms for a sixteen year old boy with the height around a 170 centimeters. Definitely not good. And, uh, affects my daily routine quite a bit like every time I have to run for a long time, you know, like my knee, it would be 18. I was really uncomfortable. And that a t knee also lead a lot to, like, my bike pain, which is definitely unusual for a boy in my age. So I decided that I have to do some weight. Um, at first, I just do some basic exercise like push shop on a squat, but as my body was too heavy. It hurt my ankle and my knees as well. So I had to change to something lighter. Like, I did quite with a resistance band, which helped me to somewhat lighten the amount of weight that I have to put on my lags. And also I do well push up instead of normal ones. And so after some time, I saw results. And as I kept progressing, now I can say that I am very much a normal person. Like, I lost 20 kilograms, which is a remarkable achievement for myself.
