I’d like to talk about a change which happened to me recently and the change was about exercise. This happened one month ago when I started exercising that was six months earlier and I started noticing some changes one month ago. When I started this exercise my aim was to cut on my weight and also reduce the cholesterol level in my body. It has really helped me because I’ve lost a total of 25 kgs in a span of six months. I’ve also noticed that when I went to my doctor for a checkup my cholesterol levels were reduced from the initial investigations which were done before I embarked on this journey. This will have a great impact in my life in the coming years because I will now be able to engage in activities which I never used to do before. And that will be for example dancing because I really enjoy but I was not able to do this because of my weight prior but now I’m really glad that I am flexible and I can comfortably do this activity without getting exhausted faster as I used.
