One positive change I have recently made in my daily routines, waking up earlier in the morning before I use it to wake up late, which my mornings feel rushed and unproductive. However, I decided to set my alarm earlier and develop a better morning routine. To make this change, I started going to bed earlier and avoiding my phone before sleeping. I think this is a positive change because it allows me to start my day with more energy and less stress. Now I have extra time to exercise, eat a healthy breakfast and plan my day properly. This has helped me feel more organized and focused throughout the day. I feel really good about this change at first. It was really difficult to adjust, but now I enjoy the peacefulness of early mornings. I feel more productive and in control of my lifetime, which has improved my overall mood and will be. I plan to continue this habit because it has made a big difference in my daily life.
