Generally speaking, one positive change I have made in my daily routine is learning to think positively. I started focusing on positive thinking a few weeks ago because I realized that negative thoughts were affecting my mood and also my motivation. To develop this habit, I began practicing gratitude every morning, writing down at least three things which I am thankful for. Apart from this, I also began avoiding unnecessary worries and looking for the good in every situation. To give up these negative thoughts and my depressions, not only did my family but also my teacher stand by me to support. Now I feel really good about this change because it has made my life more peaceful and enjoyable. However, I believe that mindset plays a pivotal role in shaping experiences and I am glad that I have developed a more positive outlook on life.
