I’m going to share with you one beneficial change in my life that I made. It was about restarting my daily routine, especially in sleeping, eating, and doing exercise. I changed my lifestyle to a healthy mode. For example, I had to sleep at 11pm, 8 healthy cuisine, vegetables, fruits, and nuts, and avoided eating snacks, some drinks that contain sugars, and I played sports. The main benefits is that they could help me maintain a healthy weight as it boosted my metabolism and circulation. I believe that regular healthy routine enhanced my physical condition. The reason why I made this change was that I felt exhausted and on one day during my major lesson my heart was a bit pain. So I decided to have this change. And my family helped me and cooperated with me. They also slept early. My mom cooked more healthy food like salmon and more vegetables and avoided cooking cans. And yeah, my hallways were not cooperative, and the reason is that they always slept at 1pm midnight. I felt more energetic than before, and it held me back, decreased my overall levels of tension, and stabilized my mood.
