So some changes that I made and included in my daily routine, it was that I continued reading the books. Beforehand it was my old routine when I was reading, but I just gave up on that and just spent my free time by using phone, scrolling internet, watching some movies, serials, watching reels or tiktok, it was taking my whole time on unnecessary things and that was my routine and I just started realizing that it’s very time-consuming and makes me always feel tired when I waking up early in the morning it made me always feel demotuated and a little bit stressed even I can say and I decided to work on myself and adding something new but as I mentioned it was not new before it was very long time ago I can even say it was in 2021 during the quarantine. And now I decided to include that my task and choose reading books that will help me to boost my knowledges or get some novel informations or skills that will be helpful for me to, for example, implement during my academic life or even the normal lifestyle and those changes really affected me because right now I got more information, no interesting facts and evidences about certain things.
