Currently, I am living in Vietnam, which is located in Southeast Asia. In my opinion, one major issue in the education system of my country is the teaching method because schools mainly emphasize academic knowledge such as math, literature, or science, which is not important for life skills, like having a school trip in the forest. This is a problem that is more common in rural areas. Fostering digital tools in urban areas, such as computer tablets or smartphones, is quite limited in the countryside because it is challenging to access these digital tools in learning methods, and everyone will have their own approach. All teachers find it hard to train in many methods to create more engaging and effective learning, or the government will show many.
