I would like to describe our national food, which is sumanak. When I first consumed it, it was so delicious. Our family has been preparing it until now. Sumanak is prepared from wheat and flour, and some milk. I am not sure about the red soap, but these are the basic ingredients to prepare sumanak. The mixture is boiled in large pots for approximately 22 hours, maybe one day. The process is controlled by the elders of the community or family. Sumanak is very popular in our country because it is associated with our national holiday. When spring arrives, nature becomes green. It is time to celebrate our national holiday and prepare sumanak. In the village, families come together to prepare sumanak. On the other hand, the government organizes a special event to prepare sumanak in the center of the city.
