The last item I had to return was a jacket that I bought at Uniqlo. Last month, I wanted a warm jacket because I thought it would be good for the spring season. I wanted a jacket made of denim, so I decided to purchase it. I knew it was a very popular item, so I decided to buy the jacket online because if it sold out, I would feel very sad. I bought it online and tried it on at home, but it didn't fit. I needed to buy a bigger size because I like to wear two or three layers underneath. So, I decided to return it and get a refund. However, the procedure to refund clothes bought online is a bit complicated, and I felt a bit frustrated. But finally, I was able to get the refund and receive my money back, so I was very happy.
