The older I become, the more I appreciate each opportunity to take the time to walk or sit and enjoy silence. Especially, when I feel that I am on the verge of burnout when it’s warm. I spit down a smell carpet and sit under a pine tree, reading a book or just enjoying the nature. This is by far the best place where I can take a break from a constant stream of noises to reboot my brain and unwind. Also it is there that I can ride my mind of negative and unnecessary thoughts. Slow down, catch a deep breath, set my mind straight. Think about my life and focus on what I really want. If I’m feeling blue and a walk in the forest helps me to set myself in the night mode. When I feel stressed and exhausted it helps me to recharge my batteries. I usually notice a huge difference in the way I felt before and after I got there. And this is definitely what keeps me coming back for more.
