One restaurant I really enjoyed is Café Foulourie located in the heart of my city. The atmosphere is cozy with wooden furniture and brown lighting that creates a relaxing vibe. The menu focuses on Uzbek traditional foods and my favorite dish there is blow. It’s cooked perfectly with tender meat and just the right amount of spices and dish only rice. They also served other ultra-popular dishes like manti and shurpa all of which taste fresh and authentic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. One on one visit is suggested I try on this freshly brewed tea which made the meal even better. I often went there with friends or family and it was always a memorable experience. The combination of delicious Uzbek dishes, great service and the warm atmosphere makes Café Foulourie one of my favorite restaurants.
