I am going to describe a Shane team restaurant which is called Cerata. The restaurant is located here in Bogota, Colombia. It has three different locations. One of the locations is in the north of the city. There is another in Amal, which is the Mollyscola Atlantis. And the final location is at the 7th Street. I chose the restaurant for two reasons. The first one is that we held my father’s birthday in here when I had just graduated university. And also, when we were finding where we are going to celebrate him, it was a non-conventional restaurant that caught our attention. They have different type of food. They have some Italian food, Spanish food and French food that attains the variety that they can serve while maintaining also the quality of the dishes that they serve there. And the reasons why I enjoy these restaurants are two. First, they have different variety that try to account for the theme. There are not only some main dishes, but also they try to use some side dishes, the desserts, and some pastry that maintains the quality that they try to serve you, and also that the experience is very different because the concept that they try to sell you is that the food is aligned to the theme. So this high up your experience while being in the restaurant. I hope that in the future I can try the other theme restaurants that they have in the city since I have only had the chance to try the ones that are in the north of the city.
