I read a drastically contradicting review about a hotel service. So I was visiting a famous tourist attraction in Bangladesh called Cox’s Bazaar. It’s a beautiful long beach and it’s one of the longest unbreakable beaches in the world. And we booked a hotel for a bedroom of two. But beforehand we actually went through all the reviews of quite a few hotels in the area which is right up to the beach front. And one of the hotels that we came across had very bad reviews. But it was also one of the only ones with a few rooms remaining. And we decided to book it because that was the best review one with the most less bad comments. But most of the comments were like it’s quite cheap and that’s why the service is also cheap. They do not provide a hygienic bed sheet or the pillowcases are also dirty or they have several marks on them. And even the washrooms are very unclean especially the mirrors are all scratched up. Even the toilet seats are not pleasant looking plus they also do not have good air conditioners which malfunction most of the time especially during the daytime and the temperature soars to 40 degrees Celsius and above. But surprisingly when we went on the day of check-in the room was very clean very hygienic and it was just crystal clear mirrors in the washroom. The toilets were also very enticing to go and use. Even the bedroom was quite beautiful and everything was cleanly kept. We were even provided with clean white towels, a set of two tea cups for having tea in the room and they even had good room service as well. The staff are also quite polite. I don’t know why the reviews were that contradicting according to what we experienced.
