A rule at work that I disagree with is wearing saree on Fridays. That is the basic rule which will be informed to the teachers who join for the job. It was started to keep up with the tradition and beliefs of the school and the management wherein the staff has to wear sari on Fridays. When the staff or the working personnel or teacher foregoes and doesn’t wear a saree rather bearing a duty that can be expected to hear from the top management or the principal who will call the teacher personally and then inform why the rule should not be broken, that should not be any disagreement. The main thing about the rule breaking is that if one starts the rest will follow and it will not be a rule at all. Personally I think that should be changed because wearing a dress should be a person’s choice. Since it is a workplace, wearing a modest dress makes the teacher look appropriate, but imposing sari or any other dress choice, dress core upon them, makes them feel, will make them feel stifled and which will in turn make them skip the particular day and make, let them be absent on that certain day or make them say, invent some reason for the, why they are foregoing that particular risk.
