Well, one important rule in my workplace is maintaining punctuality. Everyone should be encouraged to be there on time for their work, meetings, and group discussions. Our work starts at 9 am in the morning, so everyone is encouraged to be on time. I believe this is essential for improving productivity and ensuring everything is going well. If everyone is on time, that means work will start smoothly, meetings will stay on track, and we can complete everything on time during group discussions. This also shows that we respect others' time. Many of my colleagues found it difficult in the initial period, but over time they realized it is important for maintaining discipline and productivity in the workplace. Personally, I like this rule because when it is strictly enforced in my office, I realize that I am more organized and can manage my time more wisely. It also makes a good impression on my peers and managers. Now, I can manage my personal life as well as my professional life better. Even when I face challenges like traffic or snow days, I still do my best to complete my work on time.
