So today I would like to talk about one specific rule which I don’t like that. So timing of the job, the rigid timing of 9 to 6 job, it’s not so good for productivity as in many companies like people are expected to be right on time at 9 in the end and punch out or punch at 5 or 6pm. That’s a rigid work schedule they are giving it. But I think it defects that time doesn’t matter when you do a particular job. For example, like you are doing one job in like two hours. After that you have to be here because your timings are 9 to 6. So it really affects the productivity. People waste a lot of time doing that. And secondly, sometimes people are not in the mindset to work in a particular art. But they have to because of the company strict rules. It doesn’t consider individual presence. Some people prefer to work from home or want to have a flexible schedule like they want to work like at 3 to 11 or they want to start at some kind of a day. Because of that rigid schedule, it depends. They have to be in a… they are stuck in the one area. They are stuck in the one situation where they don’t even give the time to their family. They can’t even pursue their own personal goals. The better life… this change would be beneficial because they feel more focused leading to better outcomes what they are doing. People could manage their personal and professional life much better when they are doing now. When they feel trusted, they feel more happier and they love to stay connected to their jobs.
