In my experience, I have undergone a lot of situations where I had to work with someone I didn't like. One of these situations was at my job in a clothing store at night. We had a shortage of staff, and my boss brought in a person to help us. This person was my friend, who is a misfit and has autism. I didn't like him for that reason, and he didn't like me either. An important reason for this was our past. His house was near mine, and when I passed by, he would often scare me or make fun of me, which I didn't appreciate, and he took it seriously. However, in this situation, I managed to handle the pressure and this long-term issue with my friend. We became friendly that day.
