One of them is that you have to hold your breath in the water for long and you have to go against the water. So I would say you need to make muscles. Moreover I think in the water you need to have a clear vision like where you are heading to. So that’s why it’s make it more difficult to learn. People usually learn this skill while training in the swimming pool or while training with a trainer that gives them guidance and navigate them to learn this skill. Other than that, people usually see other swimmers and they try to copy them so that’s how they learn it and it’s a very useful skill in terms of surviving and it could help to save lives of other like if someone is drowning in water so if you know how to swim so you can swim to that person and can save his or her life.
